Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation (“CUDGC”) has developed an unclaimed account balance database, which provides convenient online access to individuals searching for an unclaimed account balance formerly held at a Saskatchewan Credit Union. A positive online search result does not entitle a claimant to receive the unclaimed funds. If a potential unclaimed account balance is located through this initial online search, a claim form for submission and instructions are available. All claimants must complete a Release and Indemnity Agreement prior to the release of funds by CUDGC to such claimant.
CUDGC may collect and disclose information you provide, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and relationship to an account holder (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of assessing your claim to any unclaimed account balance, identifying ownership of any unclaimed account balance(s), contacting you about your application (if required), arranging for a refund of the unclaimed account balance(s) if your claim is successful, and responding to any other inquiring party who may claim ownership or entitlement to the same unclaimed account balance(s). Without this Personal Information CUDGC may not be able to consider or approve your claim. You must accept and consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information.
Information about specific unclaimed account balances accessed through this website has been obtained from third party sources believed to be reliable, but the accuracy and completeness of this information is not guaranteed by CUDGC, nor in providing such information does CUDGC assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy and completeness of the information. CUDGC assumes no liability for any inaccuracies in the information obtained through an online search of the database, and makes no representations or warranties: (1) that the database contains all possible unclaimed account balances, or (2) regarding the accuracy of the online search feature. If you feel you may have an unclaimed account balance that does not appear from your online search, you may wish to:
- return to this website to search again at a later date,
- contact CUDGC at cudgcweb@cudgc.sk.ca, or
- contact the credit union that previously held the unclaimed account balance.
