• has not had a statement of account requested or acknowledged by the depositor for two years

When you identify an Unclaimed Balance that you believe you are entitled to, you must complete and submit a Contact Form.
After we receive your completed form, it will be reviewed and carefully compared to the information on file and you will be advised of the findings. At that time you will be required to provide additional information for your claim to go forward. Once we receive all required documentation and have established ownership, we will settle the claim.
The Corporation strives to process and pay a claim within 30 to 60 days from receipt of all required documentation. Some claims involving estates or businesses/organizations may take longer.
